The Scarborough Bluffs have been the backdrop for many films and commercials. It isn’t rare to see a film crew or photo shoot somewhere in the park. One of the blockbuster movies that have been filmed here is the Love Guru with Mike Myers. The set, of an Indian Village, was constructed on the west beach. The Flight of the Butterflies, an IMAX movie documenting the incredible migration of the Monarch butterfly, was also filmed at the Scarborough Bluffs.

Take Brimley Road South to its end point. Just past the sign announcing “Bluffers Park”, the road will descend for 1 km at a sharp 7.3% grade, twisting and turning, until you’re rewarded with a gorgeous view of Lake Ontario, Bluffers Park and the Marina.
